Nine months after my second pregnancy, I still looked 5 months pregnant. I was diagnosed with a 4-finger diastasis recti gap. After healing my gap and abdominal bulge, I studied to become a pregnancy and postpartum core exercise specialist (PCES) to help moms to do the same. It would've felt like a blessing to know that when it feels like theres absolutely no way I could go on and keep pushing, when all I had was self doubt and questioning how I could raise a child if I couldn't even push her out, it would've been amazing to know thats when baby goes "I got this, mama. You can relax now. You went 90, I can go 10." And if life truly blesses you, it will be the same sentiment as you face your own end of life care... It's okay to feel weak. Just keep in mind that when you feel at your weakest, you're really the strongest you've ever had to be ❤

You're either at home fighting for your life OR you're at a hospital fighting for your life. Malpractice is on the rise in the recent years and doctors and nurses judge the patient and cause more damage while price gouging, it's all Gov't controlled, if you think the Gov't wants you to be helped and well, think again. So many oaths to do no harm are violated and they're being covered up and ignored.

Nope. Twins run in my family. All of the twins born after the 1950s and hospitals have survived while all of the twins born before the 1940s at home, they died.

I have diastasis recti but it’s now only about 2 fingers wide right around my belly button. If I can do the exercises in this video with no conning does that mean I can do the advanced options you give? Or should I only do the beginner option? Thanks!

I had mine 3 weeks back but the stitch is still sore and painful in the left part
This is a hospital, not ahotel spa. Our first priority is to make sure mother and infant are safe. Tests must be run to make sure baby is functioning well. We do try to have mom and baby bond but not until everyone is deemed okay. We dont want lawsuits claiming we neglected our dutiesto do the best for both mother and child.

I remember that moment with my son! I told him he didn’t need to cry and he stopped and looked at me, I know it was because he recognized my voice!
31 weeks pregnant and doing your workouts since I was 16 weeks. I gained a lot of strength even though I gained a lot of weight as well (62lbs / 28kg). I have no pain, I still sleep amazing at night, still able to walk about 10.000 steps. I feel huge but I also feel very strong! Thank you for your amazing channel I will be following your workouts all the way and Im planning to follow postpartum program as well. You are amazing!!! ❤

As a mom of 3 now grown children , back in the day, there was no skin to skin ,it was about having a safe delivery and taking care of the mother and child ,whom may both be having different issues.I never had a problem bonding with my children and even today we are very close.
